OVERVIEW
Lead the AVL Tech and Worship Team to support and advance the weekend services, including online campus. Key
RESPONSIBILITIES
WORSHIP/PRODUCTION LEADERSHIP:
• Responsible for both in-room and online experience
• Maintain overall execution of team and church vision in all worship objectives.
• Oversee Worship Directors to lead weekend worship sets, services and teams
• Act as voice for Worship/Production Team in Core Team and other staff environments
PRODUCER
Produce Weekend Services for In-House and Online Campus Experience:
Lead Technical Teams:
• Recruit, train, lead and care for the AVL Tech Team Be present and ready to support the Tech Team during weekend services and weekly rehearsals
• Produce special worship events as needed: (Including by not limited to: Holiday online services, worship experiences, special TH building requests etc)
Procurement of raw video elements (outside of worship services)
• Lead camera/sound teams to execute the capture of video elements
• Resource outside service for editing and finalizing video. Includes overseeing finished products which could include change requests/modifications.
Technical Maintenance Implement & Maintain Technical Tools:
�€¢ Ensure AVL systems are functional and updated
• Be the expert on how the AVL systems are integrated Use resources (internal and external) to ensure regular maintenance of all AVL equipment
• Implement new AVL tools as needed
MUST HAVES
• A deep love for Jesus as Lord and Savior
• A commitment to the mission and vision of Crossroads Church
• 4+ years of AVL training / experience
• The ability to communicate effectively with musicians and church techs
• The ability to respond to urgent situations with grace and calmness
• The ability to think through critical issues and develop a plan of action
• The ability to teach their craft to others
• A willingness to lead others by serving them
• A desire to continue growing in all areas of life
• A willingness to try new things and to take calculated risks
RELATIONSHIPS
• The W/S Director reports directly to the CEO and oversees the Worship Ministry Team
• The W/S Director will sit on Core Team leadership board and will be part of the greater Crossroads Church staff
Salary:
• 60-65k/year
